Crystal Mitchell, previously our Business Operations Manager, has been promoted into a brand new position: Director of Systems & Franchise Support
Provision Concepts & Hatch Early Mood Food officially opened the first of many franchise locations in December of 2023, with two more franchise locations set to open by Summer of 2024. As a major part of Crystal's role in her new position, Crystal will be responsible for understanding the unique needs and challenges of our franchisees.
Crystal’s leadership will be vital to the development of systems & solutions to support both our corporate and franchise operations to ensure a consistent and positive experience across our network as a whole.
