Broadway 10 is thrilled to announce Denver Managing Partner, Nathan Couch.
For over a decade, Nathan honed his skills at Hal Smith Restaurants, working in multiple locations across Oklahoma and Texas. His time with the restaurant group shaped his leadership approach, allowing him to master everything from daily operations to customer experience. Born and raised in Oklahoma, he made the move to Denver in March 2020, bringing with him not only his professional acumen but also his family: his wife, Elise, and their two children, Ethan and Ella.
Most recently, Nathan served as the Director of Operations at Brinkerhoff Hospitality in Denver. During his tenure, he spearheaded the opening of two high-profile locations, La Loma Castle Rock and Caldero, while overseeing the construction of two additional La Lomas. These projects demonstrate his expertise in guiding new concepts to success, and while we won’t name-drop our competition, his work speaks for itself.
Partnering with Provision Concepts: Broadway 10 and Beyond
Teaming up with Jeff and Provision Concepts, our new operator is excited to introduce Denver to Broadway 10, the first of many ventures. This partnership signals the beginning of a broader vision. As he sets his sights on expanding to more locations, he is actively working on bringing beloved concepts like Riserva, Hatch, and Sidecar to the Denver market. The Mile High City’s culinary landscape is about to get a significant upgrade with these exciting projects on the horizon.
As he embarks on this next chapter, his commitment to creating outstanding dining experiences in Denver is stronger than ever. Broadway 10 is just the beginning. With plans already in motion for future restaurants and concepts, Denver can expect great things from this talented operator. Stay tuned as he continues to build a vibrant dining community, one restaurant at a time!
