We are thrilled to announce that Sydney Boley has been awarded Manager of the Quarter for Q1 2024 at Provision Concepts.
Sydney's exceptional dedication and proactive approach have set her apart. Nominated by her General Manager, Chasen, Sydney is known for going above and beyond her regular duties. She takes on additional tasks without being asked, easing Chasen’s workload significantly. Her contributions have been particularly notable during the openings of Hatch Stillwater and Hatch Will Rogers, where she served as a key member of our Corporate Training team.
Beyond her official responsibilities, Sydney continuously seeks ways to support her team and improve operations. Whether it's assisting with tasks during her downtime, building strong rapport with guests and colleagues, stepping into the kitchen when needed, or managing store emails efficiently, she consistently upholds the high standards of Hatch.
The decision to honor Sydney was unanimous among the Chief Operating team & her Area Partner. During the Stillwater and Airport openings, her work ethic and professionalism were outstanding. Despite limited prior collaboration, her impressive knowledge of Hatch specifications, her willingness to extend her stay at the airport for an additional week to ensure successful training, and her myriad other exceptional qualities made her the clear choice for this recognition.
