Introducing PC's New Culinary Development Director

We were introduced to Chef James Fox in his hometown at his very own restaurant, Vecina. Vecina, a culinary gem in the heart of Phoenix, gained widespread recognition for its exceptional blend of contemporary American flavors with traditional Latin influences. In 2019, the restaurant's dedication to culinary artistry earned them a prestigious nomination for a James Beard Award, further solidifying their position as a culinary destination of choice for food enthusiasts and critics alike.

Provision Concepts first official partnership with Chef James Fox as a menu creative for Culprits, which would open Summer of 2022 in Bricktown, Oklahoma City. That partnership led to a furthering in our relationship, making James Fox the Executive Chef of the upcoming Riserva Bar + Tapas, set to open in early 2023. Following that, we announced we were joining forces with Fox to introduce his Phoenix-based concept Vecina to Oklahoma City. Vecina OKC is currently under development and set to open in the latter half of 2024. Throughout the past 2 years, James has also been a vital part of culinary creation for Wine Pairing Dinners and other small menus throughout PC's portfolio.

With the success of both previously opened concepts and the opening of Vecina OKC on the Horizon, the decision to solidify the relationship was easy.
