PC Breaks Ground on New Locations in North Edmond


Provision Concepts continues to expand its influence in Oklahoma. Three of the hospitality group’s most popular concepts, Hatch Early Mood Food, Sidecar Barley & Wine Bar, and Chicken Foot are coming to Fox Lake, located at 851 W. I-35 Frontage Road in Edmond, Oklahoma. The locations are projected to open in late 2022.

Sidecar is an urban craft cocktail and wine bar that offers a unique experience to each guest. With signature cocktails, delicious small-plates, weekly live music, and a casual yet upscale atmosphere, Sidecar is the perfect local watering hole.

Hatch Early Mood Food is one of Oklahoma City’s most popular brunch destinations. This urban, from-scratch concept is open seven days a week, and specializes in providing guests with a modern and unique brunch experience.

Since its opening in 2020, Chicken Foot has become OKC’s go-to fried chicken restaurant. From whole fried chickens to hot sandwiches and homemade Cinny Buns, Chicken Foot’s menu combines homestyle goodness with unique twists that please the entire family.
